All sales are final. By purchasing any service from Luxury Credit, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once services have been initiated or rendered.
Due to the nature of credit repair and educational services, results may vary based on individual credit profiles, creditor reporting practices, and client participation. Therefore, no guarantees of specific outcomes, including deletions, score increases, or approvals, are made.
In the event that no deletions, updates, or measurable changes occur within the designated service period, Luxury Credit reserves the right to review the account on a case-by-case basis. Any consideration for partial refund, service extension, or alternative resolution will be made solely at the discretion of the company and is not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to requests in a timely manner, and following all recommended actions throughout the service period. Failure to do so may impact results and void any eligibility for discretionary review.
